【オーダースーツ続編】400工程検証
ファイブワン・ファクトリーの全工程を検証する企画第二弾「オンライン工場見学」

012　身返し据え　body back – sewn on the body 1

毛芯を挟み込む作業から、
From the process of inserting the hair core

バイアスにカットしたキュプラ素材の裏地を取り付けます。
Attach a bias-cut cupro lining.

013　身頃　body back – sewn on the body 2

経験が必要な地縫いミシンの作業。
Groundstitch sewing machine work that requires experience.

014 　前返し　body back – sewn on the body 3

前返しチームの作業は、カットミシン、前割り、裾割り、ルイスミシン、フロントアイロン。
The front-facing team’s work includes cut sewing machine, front split, hem split, Lewis sewing machine, and front ironing.

この作業に、FIVEONE FACTORYの秘密が一つあります。
それは、毛芯からシャーリングという糸を抜くことで、毛芯が表生地よりも大きく長くなり、
それがボディに対してボリュームを作ります。立体的な縫製という事が言えると思います。
There is one secret of FIVEONE FACTORY in this process.
By removing the threads called shearing from the wool core, the wool core becomes longer and larger than the outer fabric,
This creates volume to the body. I think it can be said that it is a three-dimensional sewing.

前返しの作業で、綺麗なラインに仕上がります。
Beautiful silhouette and line at the front,
The front silhouette and line are beautifully finished.

この作業の最後は、フリントのジャンプ、ラペルのゆとり、肩パット付け。
The last part of this work is to jump flints, give room for lapels, and put shoulder pads on.

岩下工場長の実演は、レアな映像です。（笑）

芯据え時に、立体的に、
ふくらみは、肩パットにも。
When the core is set, it is three-dimensional,
The bulge is also used for shoulder pads.
